Refunds from Client gift cards:
No cash, check or card refunds will be issued for any client gift card balances except for in cases of medical discharge as specified in the GCAA (Gift Card Acknowledgement Agreement) signed upon admission. In these cases. a refund will be issued in the method that original deposit was purchased.
Gift Card Balance Reductions:
Clients may use their Gift Card at the Woodhaven store during the duration of their treatment and including up to 30 days after being discharged. Any amounts remaining after 30 days of discharge are forfeited.
